1(א) Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
2(א) Blessed are they that keep his testimonies,
3(א) They also do no iniquity:
4(א) Thou hast commanded us
5(א) O that my ways were directed
6(א) Then shall I not be ashamed,
7(א) I will praise thee with uprightness of heart,
8(א) I will keep thy statutes:
9(ב) Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way?
10(ב) With my whole heart have I sought thee:
11(ב) Thy word have I hid in mine heart,
12(ב) Blessed art thou, O Lord:
13(ב) With my lips have I declared
14(ב) I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies,
15(ב) I will meditate in thy precepts,
16(ב) I will delight myself in thy statutes:
17(ג) Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live,
18(ג) Open thou mine eyes,
19(ג) I am a stranger in the earth:
20(ג) My soul breaketh for the longing
21(ג) Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed,
22(ג) Remove from me reproach and contempt;
23(ג) Princes also did sit and speak against me:
24(ג) Thy testimonies also are my delight
25(ד) My soul cleaveth unto the dust:
26(ד) I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me:
27(ד) Make me to understand the way of thy precepts:
28(ד) My soul melteth for heaviness:
29(ד) Remove from me the way of lying:
30(ד) I have chosen the way of truth:
31(ד) I have stuck unto thy testimonies:
32(ד) I will run the way of thy commandments,
33(ה) Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes;
34(ה) Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law;
35(ה) Make me to go in the path of thy commandments;
36(ה) Incline my heart unto thy testimonies,
37(ה) Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity;
38(ה) Stablish thy word unto thy servant,
39(ה) Turn away my reproach which I fear:
40(ה) Behold, I have longed after thy precepts:
41(ו) Let thy mercies come also unto me, O Lord,
42(ו) So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me:
43(ו) And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth;
44(ו) So shall I keep thy law continually
45(ו) And I will walk at liberty:
46(ו) I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings,
47(ו) And I will delight myself in thy commandments,
48(ו) My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved;
49(ז) Remember the word unto thy servant,
50(ז) This is my comfort in my affliction:
51(ז) The proud have had me greatly in derision:
52(ז) I remembered thy judgments of old, O Lord;
53(ז) Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked
54(ז) Thy statutes have been my songs
55(ז) I have remembered thy name, O Lord, in the night,
56(ז) This I had,
57(ח) Thou art my portion, O Lord:
58(ח) I intreated thy favour with my whole heart:
59(ח) I thought on my ways,
60(ח) I made haste, and delayed not
61(ח) The bands of the wicked have robbed me:
62(ח) At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee
63(ח) I am a companion of all them that fear thee,
64(ח) The earth, O Lord, is full of thy mercy:
65(ט) Thou hast dealt well with thy servant,
66(ט) Teach me good judgment and knowledge:
67(ט) Before I was afflicted I went astray:
68(ט) Thou art good, and doest good; Teach me thy statutes.
69(ט) The proud have forged a lie against me:
70(ט) Their heart is as fat as grease;
71(ט) It is good for me that I have been afflicted;
72(ט) The law of thy mouth is better unto me
73(י) Thy hands have made me and fashioned me:
74(י) They that fear thee will be glad when they see me;
75(י) I know, O Lord, that thy judgments are right,
76(י) Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort,
77(י) Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live:
78(י) Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause:
79(י) Let those that fear thee turn unto me,
80(י) Let my heart be sound in thy statutes;
81(כ) My soul fainteth for thy salvation:
82(כ) Mine eyes fail for thy word,
83(כ) For I am become like a bottle in the smoke;
84(כ) How many are the days of thy servant?
85(כ) The proud have digged pits for me,
86(כ) All thy commandments are faithful:
87(כ) They had almost consumed me upon earth;
88(כ) Quicken me after thy lovingkindness;
89(ל) For ever, O Lord,
90(ל) Thy faithfulness is unto all generations:
91(ל) They continue this day according to thine ordinances:
92(ל) Unless thy law had been my delights,
93(ל) I will never forget thy precepts:
94(ל) I am thine, save me;
95(ל) The wicked have waited for me to destroy me:
96(ל) I have seen an end of all perfection:
97(מ) O how love I thy law!
98(מ) Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies:
99(מ) I have more understanding than all my teachers:
100(מ) I understand more than the ancients,
101(מ) I have refrained my feet from every evil way,
102(מ) I have not departed from thy judgments:
103(מ) How sweet are thy words unto my taste!
104(מ) Through thy precepts I get understanding:
105(נ) Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
106(נ) I have sworn, and I will perform it,
107(נ) I am afflicted very much:
108(נ) Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O Lord,
109(נ) My soul is continually in my hand:
110(נ) The wicked have laid a snare for me:
111(נ) Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever:
112(נ) I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes
113(ס) I hate vain thoughts:
114(ס) Thou art my hiding place and my shield:
115(ס) Depart from me, ye evildoers:
116(ס) Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live:
117(ס) Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe:
118(ס) Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes:
119(ס) Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross:
120(ס) My flesh trembleth for fear of thee;
121(ע) I have done judgment and justice:
122(ע) Be surety for thy servant for good:
123(ע) Mine eyes fail for thy salvation,
124(ע) Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy,
125(ע) I am thy servant; give me understanding,
126(ע) It is time for thee, Lord, to work:
127(ע) Therefore I love thy commandments
128(ע) Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right;
129(פ) Thy testimonies are wonderful:
130(פ) The entrance of thy words giveth light;
131(פ) I opened my mouth, and panted:
132(פ) Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me,
133(פ) Order my steps in thy word:
134(פ) Deliver me from the oppression of man:
135(פ) Make thy face to shine upon thy servant;
136(פ) Rivers of waters run down mine eyes,
137(צ) Righteous art thou, O Lord, And upright are thy judgments.
138(צ) Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous
139(צ) My zeal hath consumed me,
140(צ) Thy word is very pure:
141(צ) I am small and despised:
142(צ) Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness,
143(צ) Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me:
144(צ) The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting:
145(ק) I cried with my whole heart;
146(ק) I cried unto thee; save me,
147(ק) I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried:
148(ק) Mine eyes prevent the night watches,
149(ק) Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness:
150(ק) They draw nigh that follow after mischief:
151(ק) Thou art near, O Lord;
152(ק) Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old
153(ר) Consider mine affliction, and deliver me:
154(ר) Plead my cause, and deliver me:
155(ר) Salvation is far from the wicked:
156(ר) Great are thy tender mercies, O Lord:
157(ר) Many are my persecutors and mine enemies;
158(ר) I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved;
159(ר) Consider how I love thy precepts:
160(ר) Thy word is true from the beginning:
161(ש) Princes have persecuted me without a cause:
162(ש) I rejoice at thy word,
163(ש) I hate and abhor lying:
164(ש) Seven times a day do I praise thee
165(ש) Great peace have they which love thy law:
166(ש) Lord, I have hoped for thy salvation,
167(ש) My soul hath kept thy testimonies;
168(ש) I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies:
169(ת) Let my cry come near before thee, O Lord:
170(ת) Let my supplication come before thee:
171(ת) My lips shall utter praise,
172(ת) My tongue shall speak of thy word:
173(ת) Let thine hand help me;
174(ת) I have longed for thy salvation, O Lord;
175(ת) Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee;
176(ת) I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant;
