Psalms 95

¹Come, sing to Yahweh;

²We should thank him as we come before him,

³Because Yahweh is the great God,

⁴He rules over the whole earth,

⁵The seas are his, because he made them.

⁶We should come, worship, and bow down before him.

⁷He is our God,

⁸He says, “Do not become stubborn [IDM] like your ancestors did at Meribah,

⁹There your ancestors ◄wanted to see/tried to determine► if they could do many very evil things without my punishing them.

¹⁰For 40 years I was angry with those people,

¹¹So because I was very angry, I solemnly said/declared about them:
