Psalms 66

¹Make a joyful noise to God,

²Sing the glory of His name;

³Say to God, “How awesome are Your deeds!

⁴All the earth bows down to You;

⁵Come and see the works of God;

⁶He turned the sea into dry land;

⁷He rules forever by His power;

⁸Bless our God, O peoples;

⁹He preserves our lives

¹⁰For You, O God, have tested us;

¹¹You led us into the net;

¹²You let men ride over our heads;

¹³I will enter Your house with burnt offerings;

¹⁴the vows that my lips promised

¹⁵I will offer You fatlings as burnt offerings,

¹⁶Come and listen, all you who fear God,

¹⁷I cried out to Him with my mouth

¹⁸If I had cherished iniquity in my heart,

¹⁹But God has surely heard;

²⁰Blessed be God, who has not rejected my prayer
